Victorious Encore is dedicated to challenging the existing norms and transforming the lives of retired professional athletes. We have recognized that an alarming number of former athletes experience financial hardships, and that there is a dire need to change that scenario… fast.

The Victorious Process
The Victorious Process is highly experiential, providing participants with a fun and engaging learning experience that explores familiar business concepts and introduces them to accomplished business practitioners. Through our program, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Learn from successful business leaders. Engaging with these individuals will offer valuable insights into their personal journeys, challenges faced, and strategies employed to achieve success in the business world
- Engage with current CEOs. Interact with current CEOs to gain firsthand knowledge and understanding of the leadership challenges they encounter. These interactions will provide participants with valuable perspectives on leading organizations, managing teams, and driving business growth.
- Pitch to potential investors in a safe environment. Participants will have the opportunity to pitch their business concepts to potential investors in a supportive and constructive environment. This enables participants to refine their pitches, receive feedback, and gain confidence before stepping onto the big stage.
