Our mission at Victorious Encore is to reverse the alarming trend of athletes facing financial hardship after retirement. We are committed to providing comprehensive education and a network of supporting professionals to our participants, equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge needed to build and manage a successful business.
Through our program, we expose participants to valuable opportunities and connect them with key individuals who play integral roles in business success.
In addition to building core capabilities, we prioritize educating our participants on effective money management and investment strategies. We guide them through the process of starting their own businesses and teach them how to cultivate meaningful business relationships to support their goals.
True success for us is measured by the percentage of program participants who successfully launch and operate their own businesses. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that no former athletes find themselves facing bankruptcy filings within the first three years of retirement, and hopefully for the rest of their lives. We seek to be catalysts for change, creating a future where athletes confidently navigate their post-sports careers, build thriving businesses, and leave a legacy of financial prosperity for generations to come.
