After several years in the corporate world focusing on organization development, leadership development and executive coaching, Dianne launched her consultancy helping companies in the public and private sectors get better at leading and succeeding. Dianne has experience in the automotive, trucking and health care industries. She has worked with family-owned businesses as well as businesses traded on Wall Street, with for profit as well as not for profit organizations; on all of those engagements three things were important to her: building commitment to excellence at all levels, leadership authenticity and legacy transition.
The avid golfer is a graduate of Lake Forest College, American University and has benefited from working at management and executive levels in some of the places recognized as the best places to work in America including Cummins Engine Company, Blue Cross and Blue Shield and JM Family Enterprises.
